Level1 Kayaking:
This is a entry level course getting the feel for kayaking in a friendly environment, learn to move the boat around nice and easy and experience the joys of Kayaking
Level 2 Kayaking
This is generally a 2 day course where you learn the essentials of kayaking, Paddling forwards, backwards, sweep strokes to turn the boat, Draw strokes to move sideways and support strokes. All this added in with some nice trips to put all your strokes into practice and developing your kayaking.
If you are keen to get started this is the course for you. Location permitting we may even add in some moving water skills and the thrill of some gentle WhiteWater.
Level 3 Kayaking
This is the progression from level 2 after some experience on the water its time to move up and improve your skills on the flat water and transfere them to the moving water in a nice Grade 2 Environment.
This course looks at getting to grips with moving yourself around on moving water with the use of all the features of the river such as Eddies, Stoppers and small waves. This award also now includes the eskimo roll which we have lots of experience in teaching.
